[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Bill paid amount does not get reflected | |||
I was using broad band Internet connection of tata docomo and i have used it for quit long time. Then speed was very pathetic so decided to close it. I call their customer care for closing connection and he told me that pay 500 from the bill and my connection will be closed. So I had paid 500 from my credit card. After after 1 year I got a call from delhi that my bill was pending and I need to pay it ASAP. I told him have already paid but was not having any receipt with me so again I go ahead and paid the bill of 1140 /- Rs. I have receipt of this payment. Again after 2 years a letter come to my home saying that i need to appear in the court as i have not paid the bill. I called on the phone umber given on the letter and explain them the same but again they have not understood.More over In front of judge i ask them give me details of bill and tell me where exactly my bill 1140 /- RS and 500 RS - bill went but they didn't show me anything and again i have to pay the amount of 700 /- RS. This is really pathetic company I came across with and also people are really not co-operative like i am their slave. Was this information helpful? | |||
