[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Billing dispute | |||||
Greetings, Recently we had given a complaint to the Tata DoCoMo customer service that we have been miscommunicated about the CUG. The Tata DoCoMo Number is [protected]. Previously call came from Cust Service that you can activate CUG from call itself and no need to go to showroom. Then, we have been advised in call that CUG is active. Suddenly when the June Bill arrived, we were shocked to look at the bill amount of more than RS 1000.00. When we called Cust Service and came to know that CUG is not active. Now we were using the calls thinking that CUG is active, but when we went for complaining this incident to Tata DoCoMo, they were not at all helpful. It has been a month and they are sending us the next month bill itself, but cant resolve our complaint. We even told them to pull all the incoming calls which came from their customer service representatives to find out the miscommunication. Even then, its of no use. We told them to waive off all the calls which were charged considering that we were miscommunicated about the CUG. The Incident number raised is M27357394. The Docket Number is[protected]. Kindly help us to resolve this issue. They are saying we cant even change the number to prepaid connection unless we pay the bill. We are not saying we cant pay the bill, we are saying we cant pay the bill because of the charges arose due to the miscommunication from Tata DoCoMo. As per the telephonic conversation had with our team, you have expressed dissatisfaction towards delay in activation of CUG and billing. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that CUG can be activated for the Tata Docomo Postpaid connections only and calling will be free between the numbers under same CUG id. Kindly note that CUG was not active on your number. Also, we would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that we have already provided the billing adjustment of Rs.150/- on 26-JUL-2016 and your current outstanding after adjustment is Rs.1255/-. Further, we request you to provide the details of the agent(name and contact number) who has given the commitment regarding CUG to proceed further.
