[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Bills generated inspite of deactivation of phone | |
It has been a miselling concept by TATA DOCOMO.I bought the sim six month ago as 1000/- unlimited calls across India.After paying everything suddenly we realise the outgoing call is deactivated. Personally intent to give complain at Tata Docom centre in yelahanka new town.those guys are very irresponsible and deny to answer any query and received letter for deactivation without any ackn. Now since outgoing is activated and phone is not in use, Bills are generated every month creating dispute to customer. Kindly look into this aspect with an appropriate answer from company.This is a real fraudster approach of revenue generation from service provider.
