Hi,

It seems that there is not a single person in your organisation who is capable enough to understand. So if you guys have any self respect you will hire a person to understand the scenario and then contact me.

So i am explaining the scenario again in here :

21st may - i sent an email to request an address change for the internet connection line.

21st may - i received an email that i will provide all the documents first then will you guys will be able to let me know if there is feasibility in the new location. (Tracking#m[protected]

21st may - i replied and informed that just to let me know if there is connection not to transfer so that i can go forward with paper work or else i will terminate the connection.

22nd may - i again got a dumb reply that please provide the documents, as usual you guys are so blind that you dont even look into the email before replying.

So i left discussing.

May 30 - i transferred to the new location and left the old location.

June 5- i sent an email with the new documents and to check if feasibility is there. But it failed delivery. Till june 9th i tried to send it multiple times and everytime it failed and at last when i called and came to know that there is limit on the size of document attached and that is the reason why it was getting failed.

June 9- i sent the email again with the decreased size if the file and the complain was raised. Reference number for the same is[protected].

June 10- i received a call that transfer is not possible and the same was sent through an email as well.

June 10- i replied and asked if it is possible in new future.

June 13- i didnt get any reply so i sent the following email:

"as you guys have mentioned that the transfer is not possible at my location then please send me the adjusted bill for this month.

I have relocated on 30th june, so please adjust it accordingly as my billing period is till 15th."

This is should have been enough for you dumb heads to understand what needs to be done, but that didnt happen.

June 19- i received the bill for the whole month without an adjustment.

June 20- sent another followup email asking about an adjustment and i received another reference number[protected] in reply.

June 29- i sent another email asking for an update.

June 29- i received another email with the following reply : "as per our team remarks shifting not possible due to non feasibility in that area so request also closed here." see this is an example how you guys work.

June 30- i received a call asking to pay the bill, i said all what is mentioned above and who called me said that he will fix everything and just asked to forward the email chains. This name is abaji sawant. This email chain was sent to collection. [protected]@tatatel.co.in

July 12- i again sent that email chain and i got the following reply : we deeply apologize for the inconvenience experienced by you. As per team confirmation shifting not possible due to feasibility issue.

July 12- i again sent an email and informed that i have sent multiple emails please cancel my connection and sent me the revised email.

July 13- i received an email saying that a duplicate bill will be sent and i received a duplicate bill without any revision

July 13- i sent an email again and exaplained the difference between revised and duplicate. Guess what another reference number was given to me[protected]

July 20- another bill with 2months rental and no adjustment.

Another person called in between i explained that dumb again and

July 26 today i received another bill which has the previous amount that is 2760 plus the adjustment this month from 15th to 22nd another 276 and the total amount 3036.

So if you are able to understand the words written above then reply me with proper bill or just get lost and dont ever dare to call me again.

Today even after explaining everythin to manoj from your company on aug 16, i didnt receive any explanation from your company, i received a call from a very rude and dumb girl from your company threatening about court case. I have all the proofs of send communication to your company so i dont fear about the court case at all, but as you guys think that i will fear and give the amount i will raise a harassment case ofcourse with your company.

I am sure that you guys will not reply to this email as well, so be it.
