Tata Docomo — Call Barring activated.

Hello, My tata docomo number is [protected]. (Orissa) I can make outgoing calls but unable to receive any incoming calls. I have called customer care they have said that call barring is activated on my number. I want to ask the following question - How the hell it got activated on my number and how the hell can I get it deactivated. Please excuse my frustration. Thanks Gajanand Jha Bargarh, Orissa.
