[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — call details from my number [protected] as large amount was deducted from my balance

respected sir/madami was deducted a large amount from my prepaid account bearing number from tata docomo provider on 20 july 2014my number is [protected] from tata docomo bangalore...kindluy provide me my call details atleast from 16th july 2014to 20 july and if possible 20 days call details data to check why such large amount was deducted even though no calls were made from my number [protected]..kindly provide me call details at [protected]@gmail.comand reasons for deduction of such a large amount

complained on august 7 2014 ..didnt get any mail or any further approsch from tata docomo...
where are my call details on the number atleast

my complaint against tata docomo has not been resolved...i didnt get any reply for the call details i was asking on my mail

As per our discussion over call, kindly note that, you can get the all the outgoing information of your account for last 30 days from today by sending the SMS as PREPAIDBILL <space> EMAIL ID to 121. Kindly note that, an amount of Rs 25/- shall be deductible from the main account balance for this facility.

Further we would like to inform you that migration from prepaid to postpaid we request you to visit nearest Tata Docomo outlet with the relevant documents for further assistance.

For further assistance we request you to write a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.
