I don't want to continue on Tata docomo service any more. And I want to cancel the number, please cancel my number.i have already raised this to the customer care. But the lady has mentioned in the description that it's regarding Bill explanation. I don't what is this behaviour for the customer. And I have already sent portable request. But they is no response from Tatadocomo service. Is this the way a customer should be treated for the using the service.I have been calling the customer care since 4 days. And there is no proper response for the docomo team.
I am really frustrated with the service from Tatadocomo.
Please cancel my service. When I called the customer care and raised complaint (number :.[protected]for cancellation of my number [protected]. But the lady has created a request with the description as Bill explanation.
If the request is not canceled. I would go a head and do a complaint in consumer court. Or post the complaint in other networks Was this information helpful? |
