Tata Docomo — careless customer support | |||
I contacted customer care about one complaint, cc person said that my voice is braking and not audible, so I disconnected and tried again but all the time whole day I got automated reply that all their customer care executive are busy and e-mail my problem to their address. This is not first time before this I consulted cc care call disconnected and same story repeated for one balance deduction complaint. (Will refuse to refund for being late to for complaining, and they wont attend any call from my number for two days), they are avoiding customers without giving any resolution all the time like this.
