Hi,
I have Called Tata doco mo customer care and requested them to change my Post paid plan to GSM Dual benefit 199 from Freedom 749. They sad that there is a caller tune active and please deactivate it and call us again. I have deactivated Call me tunes and the IVR said it will deactivate in 120Hours(My God). On 21st I have called Customer service again and the guy said that corporate connections can only be changed through mail so please mail to [protected]@tatateleservices.co.in. I have did that but till date (27th may) i wrote multiple mails but i never got a satisfied reply. My billing cycle is from 22nd of every month and one of the customer care guy said that it will only change in next billing cycle. Till date neither my callme tunes got deactivated nor my plan changed. Every time i get different answers from customer care executives.I am completely frustrated by the poor service. I am going to port my number to other SP.
