[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Cheated continuously on postpaid bill | |||
My name is pintu garai. I took a docomo postpaid connection on 24th september 2013. My taken plan is rs.999/-, in which i got 5 sim and unlimited free in 5 sim besides others calls free 3000 mins, free 3000 sms and free 1 gb internet. My account no.[protected]. My docomo five sim numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. In first month i got bill rs.828/- which i paid. In second month i got bill rs. 1115/- which i paid. In third month they started cheating on my bill. They billed me rs. 2397/-. That is ridiculous. When i saw the bill on 17th january 2014, i call customer care immediately and they told me that i used internet more than 1 gb which effected on the bill. But i checked my account in the official site of tata docomo on the same day and their website still showing that i used only 960 mb out of 1gb. Even it was showing the next month usage also that is 29 mb out of 1gb. After that i mailed them and they called me. I told the whole matter clearly but they didnot want to understand rather than to adjust of rs.250/- from rs.2397/-. I did not agree with them. Because i knew that is their fault. After 10 to 15 days. They closed my outgoing calls, sms and internet. Then i paid rs.1000+500 (Extra) and told them to adjust. But they did not. And i stopped using my 5 sim. After that On third month they billed me rs.1116+898(Previous bill balance)= rs.2013/- On fourth month billed me rs.2117/- On fifth month billed me rs.2931/- But i did not use those 5 sim for this 3 months. Now they threat me and send me legal notice to pay bill. I never know that like a big company treated like this for taking the money from people. That is samefull. I can pay the bill, it's not a matter. But in future, i will never trust or go for any product of this company and never suggest anyone. Even if anyone can easily verify that this company do cheating with every postapaid holders on third month's bill by servey to any of this company's hub, guaranteed. In a day, 2 to 3 person are comming to solve their problem for excess billing in these hubs. But customer care executive can't do any thing. Because they are for just showpice.
