[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Cheating and misleading | |||
HI, I Have experienced worst servive from the tata docomo photon. i got a call from the TATA DOCOMO telecaller to my vodofone no [protected] regarding TATADOCOMO DATACARD + 3G SPEED DATA PACK OFFER and i asked them to check 3G SERVICE in my place and they said 3G network support is there... then i ordered for the device and when i got the device i checked for the 3G network but there were no 3G network in my place... there after i complained about the same to customer service about some 20 times... i asked them to Lodge my complait as CHEATING AND MISLEADING but they took my complait as only network issue and they never rectified my complaint... they asked only sorry for giving wrong information about the network connectivity and it was CHEATING AND MISLEADING By the TATADOCOMO Was this information helpful? | |||
