[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Cheating by charging high call rate

Last month i recharged my mobile [protected] for rs 68 with the offer of 25paise call rate per min for 90 days. but now the call
rate is charged @1.7/ sec. Even after sending the mails along with screenshot which has transaction id [protected]
for proof of recharging the tata docomo comany is not ready to set the call rate as per the offer and they are telling that the number was not recharged at all last month. like this they are cheating customers.and they are asking me to recharge my number again with cutt off rate
Please find the attached screen shot, check the transaction id and solve our
problem.
