Tata Docomo — Cheating by offer on docomo number [protected]

When i see my offer by putting my prepaid number [protected] on tata docomo official website i got an offer as

Rs 199 : 2gb 3g data and local and study calling as 1p/s.

But when i reacharged i got 550 minutes calling.
This is absolute cheating.
I called several times to customer care regarding this but no one was helpful for me.I must say yout team is so irresponsible.
If you are not giving me the same offer as you shown me in your website i will definitely report this in all social media and consumer court of india through online.
I request you to look into this seriously.
