[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Cheating Customer and Making False Promises | |||
I received a call from Tata docomo collections and they asked me to make a payment of Rs. 300 and would change a rental of my number but they are cheating customers and just trying to recover money. I visited the Tata store in March and requested them to change the rental of my number but now realized they did not change that and are only cheating customers and making money for the company by fooling customers. Now the collections made a call from [protected] and they said would change the rental to Rs. 25 per month and waive all the charges and forcefully made me pay Rs. 300 on 2nd September and now they make excuses will let you know who made a call to you and do not know sir etc. If you need money to run business, ask for charity and do not cheat customers, you can check i have not made any outoging calls from my number and want to use it only as an incoming line and still you are cheating me and charging rental as sometimes you say visit the store and sometimes you say it can happen over the phone via collections just make immediate payment. Hope you give a proper explanation and remove the person who makes such false commitments and cheats customers or hand over your business to reliance jio.
