[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Cheating in billing | |||
Hi, I got the internet and Phone combo from Tata Docomo by July 2014.From day1 docomo confuses me by giving separate bills for internet and phone though they call it us Combo. In between i requested for 100Mbps plan. But customer care executive mentioned me that this plan is not feasible .But when i look at the bill, they claim that plan got changed to 100Mbps. If i ask for plan change confirmation mail, they are not showing up. Customer care continuously calling me and harassing by asking details. Guys, please do not opt for Tata Docomo.
