mera naam mangesh hai.maine naya tata docomo ka prepaid sim card kharida hai, or company offer mi 40 ka full TT.but atfer 48 hours company not given my benifits.coustmer care ko call kiya too mera 198 ki seva block kar di.kya company har naye consumer k saath aaisa hi karti hai.agar ha too muzey sim card baand karna padega.please help me.
