Tata Docomo — Complaint about tata docomo bill payment | |||||
Dear sir/madam, i took mobile connection in the last 10-11 months ago and i used for 2 months (account no.[protected]during first week of month, i lost mobile phone. I immediately called tata docomo call centre and informed them to block that sim card. They registered my complaint and informed that, it will be blocked immediately. But after Completing bill period the bill was come in my adress. i will pay only 1 month bill. now the notice at my home form the court side of rs. 3624. Soo kindly Resolve.. Regards, Pankaj. As per your mail, we would like to inform you that upon verifying our record we have found that, as your number was under postpaid connection, you have been charged as per your monthly rental when the number is under active status(incoming and outgoing). Kindly make a note of it. Further, we would like to inform you that your payment of Rs. 2125/- has already been updated in our records on 27-NOV-2015 18:49:56 PM and your current outstanding amount is Rs. -1/-(excess).
