[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Complaint of retention team executive | |||||
Hi, Dear team this manjuanth and my tata docomo number is [protected]. I am using this number in tata docomo from past 5 months. After i completed 3 months in tata docomo i planed to PORT my number from tata docomo to other network. Because i was not satisfy with the bill. I raised a porting code. on that day only i got call from Retention team and gave me a offer of 99Rs which i will get 1 GB 3G data and unlimited 2G. I confirmed 3 time with that guy what is the bill i will get. For the 3 time also that guy told me 99Rs + Service tax it will be 150Rs. So i agreed to continue in the same network. After 1 month i got a bill of 2000Rs I called up customer care and gave compliant they gave me 150Rs discount, but i was not at all satisfy i again called them again they gave me 150Rs Discount totally 300 discount they gave me but with out my mistake Why i have to pay 1700 bill. I again called customer came on 30th of sep they told they will solve the issue within 6th of oct. And finally i got a call from Tata docomo team today at 8 And his name Mudhukesh senior agent he totally gave me 1000 discount but what i am asking without my mistake why i have to pay 750 Rs bill.
