[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Connection is not disconnected on time and take bill money for months | |||
I raised Disconnection Request[protected] months back and asked to disconnect my Tata Photan immediatly for permanent as I was travelling Overseas. They said they will disconnect and it may take some 10 days time, I was ok and I paid 1 Bill for that month too. However, They didnt disconnect the connection till now and charging for Monthly bills unnecessary. Their customer care department dont understand person problem. They do threaten your family by calling to pay bills. Since I am in US, they call to my Home landline number to and threaten my parents. How can they do this, when they are not doing their work on time, and they have so many departments internally and they dont have proper mutual information. its WORST.
