Tata Docomo — Credit the balance the correct number as it recharged to the wrong number

Hello team, The issue is, I Want to revert back the recharge of Rs 510/- done on 10th Apr 11:42 am by paytm on my tata docomo number it recharged to wrong number [protected] instead of [protected]. I have raised it 12days back immediately just after the transaction but I have not received my balance back to my account back. in addition to that PayTM has provided reference number to them about the problem. Even tata docomo has not taken it to the resolution. Please find below the communication we had with this regards... ... Hello! Greetings from Tata Docomo!
