Tata Docomo — Customer care is repeating same statement

Customer care is being reluctant to address my issues and repeating same sentence. I raised cancellation of number, some say it is confirmed and someone say it is open. and Im being fooled by tata. Pathetic customer care service from tata customer care service and they are making people keep paying paying paying... Im suffering from tata customer care serive My numer which I gave for discoonect [protected] .
