Tata Docomo — Customer Service | |||||
I ported my mobile network from BSNL to Tata Docomo today. After my BSNL network got disconnected, I inserted the Docomo sim to my phone. As per the instructions I called the customer care number to activate the sim. I was promised that porting will be hassle free and would take maximum 10 minutes by their representatives. But now when I am calling the customer care number I am told to wait for my turn. I am waiting for the past one hour and nobody is picking the call. I can only hear Docomo caller tune from past one hour. BSNL being a government firm has far better customer service. Very pathetic service from Docomo guys.. I am not able to receive the calls as my new sim( Docomo ) is not activated and my old sim connection is disconnected. I am expecting urgent calls from some people and I will have to face huge losses if I don't pick the call. I do not have any alternate number. So I will sue Docomo for all the losses. I openly want to tell Docomo that I will definitely port away from your network pretty soon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
