Tata Docomo — Customers care behaviour and not used sim | |||
Dear sir I have never seen such worst customer care support like this I not purchased post paid sim from tata Docomo but they asking to pay for two post paid sim, some customers sales girl called and said wrong plan and they sent a sim to my address and some one from tata Docomo called and explaining another plan this only activated in your which I gonna get in few days immediately I said to raise a compliment and cancel all my sim which I asked totally 3 sim but they canceled only one sim rest two they not de active now they asking to pay the bill I not been used and brought the sim from the customer then how I can pay the bill Was this information helpful? | |||
