[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — cut off my balance without any reason

This is Naresh inder singh.(Mob no. [protected]). Recently I got message for stv activation. Without giving any activation, stv get activated on my sim & 49 Rs. deducted from sim balance. Can You please look into the mistake happen & return the money back to my simcard.
