Tata Docomo — deactivating my new number which was activated newly | |||
dear all after giving number of complaints and calling number of times to customer care also my number [protected] with account#[protected] has been deactivated and no information from any one called many people on Mr SUNANDA// NARASIMHA (Mob . No [protected]//[protected]//[protected]) but no response no one is lifiting call and even the manager is not lifiting Venkata Marella Manager-Service Excellence-Customer Service Delivery Mobility Tata Teleservices Limited T:[protected], M: (91) [protected], and on 10/06/2015 they send notice saying ur number will be deactivate if you dont pay by 10/06/2015 ...and no one cares to speak on phone or in person...today they have deactivated completly, i need clarification and my number to be activated as soon as possible ...my alternate contact number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
