Tata Docomo — Debit of Rs 75 & Rs 50 on [protected] main account balance

Hello Sir/madam, Myself Praveen Mhalsekar ph no:[protected] I am the customer of the TATA DOCOMO today evening I was browsing and suddenly I got deduction of Rs.75 and Rs.50.from my main account balance. Thereafter I called the customer executive at 198 and explained the same and thereafter he told me to HANG ON and suddenly call disconnected I tried again to it but couldn't connect it thereafter I tried to customers care support even there I was not connected why they doing like this? Why they troubling us? . This is serious concern which I brought to your notice sire where I called them but didn't responded or helped me so I am knocking in your door. This not new it happen to me in past so this is what they do to the customer's Please help me from this concern . Thank you, Praveen mhasekar [protected]

We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was not reachable.

In this regards, we would like to inform you that as per checking our records we found that the amount of Rs.125/- has been deducted from your main balance are due to the activation of a VAS service (Hungama) on your number.

Hence, we would like to inform you that the deducted amount of Rs.125/- has been credited on your Tata Docomo number with the docket numbers: PSG[protected], PSG[protected]and the same was confirmed by you.

Also be informed to avoid balance deductions on your number for VAS services you need to deactivate the service by dialing the number 155223 from your Tata Docomo number.

You can obtain any information related to your account (EX: Recharge information, Data usage and complaints registered) by dialing to *191#.
