Tata Docomo — Deceiving consumer for sale of sim card | |||||
It is to to be stated that a representative from Tata Docomo services, Mr. Guru deceived me (Tarun) and My Wife to purchase the Sim cards by offering free services of life time talk time in between us. But we observed that the services were fake and charged us with good amount of money which also included our talk time expanses. Thus, we need proper explanation and justice on this regards. It is hereby to be submitted that why your services are not remarkable, as I have paid my bill yesterday morning and still it is abandoned. But consumer protect act, 1986 provides us freedom to ask directly or through jurisdiction but definitely loosing a faith on an organization means a lot that reflects your poor management system, under public interest and right to information and consumer protection act. your poor services affected
