[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Deducted money prior to my data pack is outdated

Once again I am facing this issue. The Worst ever service providers I have seen is TATA DOCOMO. Are you doing this to lose the customers..? Before my data pack get finished how did you deducted my 170Rs Account balance to zero. And the thing is IK was out of station where I could not even recharge. I sue TATA DOCOMO. Very unhappy. Dont know how others are using this but i really started hating it.

Still how many days you need to address this issue...??? Or what is the status in the above query...??

Is there any action is going to be taken...?? I logged my query 3 days back.. NO RESPONSE till now.. Justice please...!!

I am afraid to recharge... Don't know when again DOCOMO will rob my money...
I got the call from customer care.. The way he is responding is became my bigger concern now... whenever I try to speak to him, he laughs at customer and he says we are doing favor by refunding money which is My money... These people ruining company as well as the customer. After all this my money is still not refunded.
And he suggests me not to use Internet data further... Is that the way to behave with a customer...? Ruthless...

Kindly note that while browsing the web pages and the size of the data usage has exceeded more that the available limit and for that reason, the balance got deducted from your main balance.
