Tata Docomo — Deducting my main balance

first time i have activated Net plan and start browsing, when my net balance is over they didn't inform me and start deduction form my main balance, then i make complain but didn't get any respond, but this time i have 2 MB balance remaining in my Net Balance then also they deducted from my main balance, atleast they have to inform that your net balance is over and for further browsing we are going to charge from your main balance
