Tata Docomo — Deduction of mobile balance without any reason. | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, I am Vishal Kant. I am using Tata Docomo Service in Kolkata, West Bengal. My Mobile Number is: [protected]. Tata Docomo is deducting my mobile balances all the time without any reason. I am facing a lot of trouble because of this. My recent two deductions are: Rs.54/[protected] and Rs 45/[protected]. As per the discussion over call, regarding the balance deduction issue, we would like to inform you that there is no wrong balance deduction found and you have been charged correctly as per your usage.
Further, we also would like to inform you that the amount of Rs. 54/- has been already credited to your number on 28-JAN-2014 19:04 as a goodwill and no issue now
