[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Deduction of money in excess against isd pack | |||
I am a consumer of Tata Docomo. I purchased a ISD pack for Rs.37 for talking to USA on 20/09/2015 validity one month for which it takes 1 (one) paise per second. Today at 7.39AM I talked to USA for 605 seconds but TATA DOCOMO has deducted Rs.165/- from my balance which is illegal and contrary to the customer service regulation.
