Tata Docomo — Defective data card no.[protected] | |||
the customer care person said "you should have told us earlier" that is stupid as only after the tata technician said it is a defective device i had absolutely no inkling. now hidng behind their ' policies Tata is escaping from the fact that it's dealer sold a defective piece and refuses on flimsy grounds saying "it is too late now" especially "sorry for the inconvenience" !!! inconvenience? this is a blatant disregard for the customer i want tata to replace this defective device with a new one i have spent money that i can ill afford to throw away Mr. J.R.D.TATA, are YOU listening? does this not bother you? your Name your Trustworthy Name is soiled i demand an immediate response to this issue sincerely S.Vazir Was this information helpful? | |||

pick up a dictionary or go online type ethics get the meaning then talk.
