[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Deficiency in service | |||
On 16/10/2015, services provided deducted 70 Rs. from my main balance. I called customer care and asked the money back, they plainly refused to refund and used foul language. I asked for Head office address but he plainly said that it is somewhere in mohali. Was this information helpful? | |||

In this Regards, we would like to inform you that your balance of 71.30/- has been deducted, as you have surfed internet on[protected] used 7101KB DATA at that time no data balance available in your account. Hence, you have been charged for the data usage from the main balance at 10p/10KB. Further, we would like to inform you that kindly off your mobile data or deactivate internet service on your number. So that you will not charge in future. However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.71.30/- has been successfully credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected].
