[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Demo sim | |||||
Hey!My docomo number is( [protected]) and this is a demo sim and we lost the sim in April-2016 and we are contacted our local distributor to replace the sim. When we are contacting our distributor he is telling we are not received sim from the company from the past 5 months. But when I called to demo customer care, they are telling sir replacement for your sim has been initiated in April only. But why we are not received this sim. Is this our distributor fault or from ur company fault. No company will take this much time to replace the sim. We are contacting our local distributor from the past 5 months but he is telling replacement not initiated by the company but customer service is telling replacement initiated in April.
