[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Disturbance in land line while receiving incoming calls

Dear Sir, /Madam,

I have been trying to get a technical support from tata docomo for more than a month as there was a disturbance while receiving the in coming call in my land line phone, .I have written number of emails, but there was no response, once a person had come to check the line and went away giving false hope saying that the lines will get will be ok after some time etc ..., but nothing happened the problem remains unresolved., due to this.I have stopped paying my bills.

Pls can you help me to make this resolve, once things are ok i am ready to pay my bills.
