Tata Docomo — Dive-in pop ups

I frequently get dive in pop-ups from tata docomo on my MOTO E mobile. If I click OK, they start to charge me and when i click CANCEL, the pop-up doesnt go and comes up again and again. If i tap on side of the screen, the pop-up shows up again after a minute. It is becoming extremely frustrating, esp. when playing games, watching videos or doing other important tasks.
