[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Extra bill of Data usage for postpaid Sim | |||
Hi, I am using mobile number [protected] of post paid sim.I got call from Tata docomo customer care about data plan of Rs.125 for 1GB data of 3G.After activatation this plan I got message from tata docmo that you have bill of Rs.1000 next day Rs.2000, day after tomarrow .Rs.3000 .. After 10 days I got mesage about bill Rs.8000. I called customer care and clarify that I am using this net for gmail in mobile with limited usage, why I get such huge bill.But Customer Executives doesent know reason.she told me to wait till month end bill.So I told her that please deactivate my plan for this monthend and I will stop using internet Because at end of month I have possiblity of huge bill. After End of month I got bill of Rs.4832 .with discount Rs.4000.I raised complaint many times to customer executives and each time they are saying that they will minimize Rs .500 only. Please suggest I am very disapponted using Tata docomo card... Was this information helpful? | |||

why I can pay extra bill ?
Dear Consumer Team, From several days I am fighting with Tata docomo for bill of Rs. 4, 494 for May+June.After that my postpaid sim outgoing is stopped.
After registering complaints for this month I got bill of
Previous balance Rs. 4494 + Current charges Rs. 5483 =Total 9978
Why I got current charges Rs.5483 without using any data or calls my plan is only for Rs. 149 monthly basis.
From several days I am fighting with Tata docomo for bill of Rs. 4, 494.Please look in this matter seriousely.I told several times to tata docomo why I pay Rs. 4, 494 for 800 MB use only without my any foult.I was 1GB data plan for Rs.125 only.Even though I didnt use that data also.They are doing some wrong calculation and chitting with customer.Please help me to whom I can complint it if you are unable to do in it.Can I register police complaint against tata docomo? Please advise.
