Tata Docomo — Extra charges in bill | |||
I have activated 3g service to my post paid, I was just informed as I will get usage 1GB in Rs.125. But no information regarding pro data usage which is later on told by doco mo customer care team as the charges are due to pro data usage . The team has not given any information while activating the plan, So I used the data as considering 1GB plan for the month as per information by the person while activating plan, I just used 951 MB data only for the month as per plan it was 1024 MB but charged more than that . There is no fault my side as per plan given I have used..
