Tata Docomo — Fake offer messages and poor customer care service | |
I am using Tata DoCoMo since more than 5 years.
they are so misleading.
i am getting a msg for a spcl recharge of ₹ 69 for data pack.
but when i recharge with this amount (thru a retailer), it says " invalid recharge amt".
evn custmer cwre is so misleading abt this.
they are confusing me from last 3 days..abt this.
