Dear sir, six month before i taken a new Tata docomo number [protected] by the time of purchasing their executives taken Rs 400 for new sim out of that 3000 will be discounted in each month bill by 100, 100 rs, in next 2 months i given a deresitration request but they dint tooked it seriously & generating bill on bills even in last month i cleared 1100 rs payment & requested deresistration but again this time they generated bill & not given me my 300 rs discount. last time I had a discussion with your executive when i first launched my cancelation complain i have even request number
but even after my cancellation request they granted me as retained where as i never wanted to retain with Tata docomo services & even raised a bill of amount Rs 200 like This without any usage I have paid 1600 rs now I just dont want to have any talk, this is reticulous why should I pay money every time for no use even after cancellation request
this time I again cleared your out standing and again launched canelation from Tata docomo outlet if this time Tata Docomo Generates a bill I will definitely knok consumers court
