Tata Docomo — Harassment and Threat Call over Payment Due

Hi, I am Keep getting this Harassment Calls from New Delhi and Letters for Payment due in my for my disconnected Broadband Account No :[protected]. Could you Please look into the Matter. I am Not interested to Pay a single rupee since i have not used internet for the period for which bills you have generated and claiming due from my Side. If you look at my Bill Payment History you ll find, it should be good Enough to Prove that i have paid/ i was happy to pay all bills regularly with Fines even. If your automated system generated a Bill, that doesnot mean without use we keep on paying and you will njoy it threating us without any Proper Service. Its Not a Matter of Paying just 3 thousand change, Its a Matter of making frauds with me. What is the Gurranty that you bill system is not 100% correct. because i am not the only one, The are more than thousand customers who face these similar situations. So getting Frustrated i switched to the FIbeNet Connection from TatDocomo then. But NOW i am Threating calls for dues. If this Doesnot STOP with 2/3 days, I ll have to disconnect the Fibernet also where you will loose lot more money than the Due rs. 3300/-. So think wisely and deal. I will lodge a complaint for disconnection very soon, not becuase of this issue, I don't trust you honesty anymore. If you can help your customer there is no best time then Now. Dear Customer,

we have validated and considered all the technical tickets raised by customer during Jan to March 2015 for service and necessary service credit has been passed for Rs 400+ Tax on April 9th & Rs 500 + tax was processed on 30th of April 2015. No additional technical tickets are raised post march. The connection has stopped billed from 6th April 2015 & and we have not received any payments for invoices billed from Jan to April 2015.
