Tata Docomo — High billing | |||
Hi sir, this is shivraj from bangalore. Im using the number [protected].. My bill plan is 1299 monthly rental plan in which local/std/data is free. But still im receiving bill around 2500, 5000, 3000... Why this extra money is charged? Even i requested for detailed bill but im not getting the bill. Till last month i paid so much money and this month also it says my bill is around 2700.1299 is my plan+ 199 internet booster pack + 400 for[protected] (Another number which is registered with the same account but its not using for calls or any other purpose) rental.. So what about other charges?? I want to know about my number [protected] which i use for calls, messages & for data. I dont want to know about[protected]... & this time im not going to pay even a single rupee for the bill of june 2016 as im fed up of these bills... I even dont know why i got around 5000 bill... Sorry to say this but i dont want to pay these much of amount without knowing anything about my billing plan. I even dont want to visit any tele shop as even they say they dont know about this. When i got 5k bill i asked tele shop person but he says may be its 2 month bill but i still paid it. But again im gettin same amount of bill for a month.. I dont want to use docomo any more..
