Tata Docomo — Incorrect bill amount - no follow up on complaints from Docomo

Hi, I had a very bad experience with Dokomo. They incorrectly billed me in Jan 2014 and its August now they say we are working on your complaint and no resolution until now. I have send them e-mail recently but no reply siince last 15 days. My Dokomo number was [protected]
