[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Incorrect Recharge made by Customer Care Officer | |||
Hi, This is in regard to the incorrect recharge made on my number [protected]. I have made a call to the tata docomo customer care on 30/09/2014 around 7:43 am and ask him to make a special recharge from my mobile main balance of Rs.24 to lower down the call rate for docomo network.He misinterpret the amount and made a recharge of Rs.247. I have been requesting them from that particular day to revert the recharge charges Rs 247 back into my account as early as possible.Still not action has been taken place. I have been suffering since a week for the mistake their customer care officer has made and daily they are committing that the complaint gets resolved in (48 hrs, 72 hrs) now it has taken almost a week now and still they are not responding.Highly disappointed with their service and in future I would not suggest anyone to subscribe for tata docomo.
