Dear Mr. Parag,
I tried to speak to you personally on your mobile number. However, the same was not answered. We would like to inform you that you have been charged Rs. 134.90/- as on 06-06-14 as you have less GPRS balance in your account and I request you to kindly make a note of the same.
Please note that in order to avoid the balance deductions you need to maintain atleast 10MB data balance in your account. However, your data balance is less than 10MB. Hence, you have charged correctly.
