[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Internet bills & payment related threatening legal mails after disconnection & acceptance of same | |||||
I am khushbu kakkad, had tata docomo internet at my prayeja city sinhgad residence pune - 411058. account no.[protected]. I requested to close the account on 20th april 2016, again wrote a mail on 28th april 2016 and 30th april 2016 firstly to close account from 1st may 2016. after receiving the automated reply to drop the mail again i requested to close the account with immediate effect on 28th april & 30th april 2016. I have a written mail communication from tata docomo saying that they have accepted the request for cancellation effective form 1st may 2016. even after that bills were generated till 1.5 months & after the telephonic communication with customer care they said they had some miscommunication within there team & it wasn't processed. after that sales manager mr. rakesh phuge from pune accepted the mistake was from tata docomo side & i have mail communication for the same. Cancellation request id is[protected] and billing complaint request number is[protected]. I am unable to attach pdf of mail correspondence, so please provide me with mail id. so as to forward the same. i am getting threatening legal mails from tata docomo. request you to please help me.
