Tata Docomo — internet connection problem

Sir,
Iam Sam Suja. Customer ID No.[protected]. I have a complaint regarding internet connection problem from evening and our land line also not working. Daily I have to conduct online class. Please rectify our problem as early as possible and Let us know the exact problem and we need immediate action regarding our problems.
