Hello, My number is [protected]. I was not using my internet that time my net balance was cut automatic. That time my mobile phone was power off.the dat is -24/7/2015. Of time is 8am to 6pm. But your customer care Mr.nirav Patel was saying. My net was used in 2pm and charge was 600mb. But that time. My mobile was switch off. And I am not used the net. And dally my net useg is 10 to 30mb. So how I am use 600mb in 2house. So my request to Tata DoCoMo to pls kindly soluting my complain and give me my data 600mb back pls. Was this information helpful? | |
