[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Internet recharge | |||
I am using tata docomo prepaid connection with contact number [protected]. On date[protected] i had a recharge of rupees 145 for 1 g. B. 3g data pack by seeing it on your latest poster of recharge offers and i haven't got any data from it. These problems are much common in your service. I am really not satisfied with your services at all. Kindly please help me out so that i would not be attracted to other connections. Was this information helpful? | |||

We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records the recharge of RC 145 has been successfully done on your number on[protected] at 10.37AM credited with the benefit of 1GB for < 90 Days & 300 MB for >90 Days for 28 days. Hence, there is no discrepancy on your account.
