I purchased a Photon Max wifi with a post-paid plan, The sales executive told me that it will start next day i.e. 25th Aug 2014, but it didnt started yet and I am not getting any satisfactory response from customer care, They says that they didnt received the documents to activate please contact sales person and sale person is not picking up the phone.

Updated by crushafteruse I purchased a Photon Max wifi with a post-paid plan, The sales executive told me that it will start next day i.e. 25th Aug 2014, but it didnt started yet and I am not getting any satisfactory response from customer care, They says that they didnt received the documents to activate please contact sales person and sale person says that they have submitted the documents to TATA PHOTON Office. Both parties doing their job, but the fact is I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY CONNECTION TO BE ACTIVATED.
